      Open PTO Plan was about it...

      Cons

      Out sourcing everything... removed on call incentive and bonuses... not backing filling positions... Company is being Cut to bare minimums.

      I have worked for ABC for an extended period of time and the company it's evolved into is a total disappointment. There is lack of communication with immediate supervison and definitely no transparency as repeatedly stated.

      It only gets worse in Software Development

      Pros

      Years ago there were many pros to working at ABC. I cannot think of any pros now except they told me I could work from home after I gave notice.

      Cons

      Management is so far removed from the individual contributors and does not care about anyone but making themselves part of the executive team. The software development leadership continues to get worse. Lack of communication, termination of outstanding contributors, no direction, and lots of pass the buck. They work too hard to blame someone and never look in the mirror at themselves. There has been a mass exodus due to the continued poor leadership so you have very few senior people to turn to when you need help.
