      Pros

      You meet many friendly colleagues and get along well with them in your day-to-day work. Occasional team activities help strengthen the sense of unity, which usually works quite well.

      Cons

      The leadership culture is inconsistent and highly dependent on individual personalities. Good leadership often stems from personal strengths rather than systematic development. Many managers are heavily involved in operational tasks and have little time to support their teams. While concerns are listened to, concrete action rarely follows.

      Pros

      There is a lot of space to grow in the company, with nice headquarters right in the centre of Hamburg. I love the chance to work with people from each and every corner of the world.

      Cons

      Leadership could be a lot better, leads quite often do not have enough preparation. Circles are usually understaffed, having few people dealing with both B2B and B2C models, which is quite a lot of things to do. Big campaign might be quite stressful, such as Black Friday
