Pros

Trainers Compensation CDL with passenger endorsement for at least 2 years.

Cons

The Entire dispatch staff are horrible, ghetto, unprofessional people. Schedule sucked. Other than the trainers, everything is a con.

There is an ability to have a position of stability if you can negotiate the work rules and "forced" participation in labor unions.

Cons

Very "union oriented" pro-labor working environment with multitudes of work rules. Political, elected Board of Directors interfere continuously with staff work & behavior. Highly volatile management structure with minimal support from upper management.

The benefits used to be good. Not sure if they are now.

Cons

There are some good people here, but for the most part this is an environment of backstabbing and people who will throw you under the bus if it helps their career. The Board of Directors don't care about the employees and morale suffers as a result. The unions keep bad employees around at the expense of the good ones.
