Not the friendly atmosphere, more money oriented. The office did not feel like a family, very political and nothing more. Poor choice of team leaders who would scapegoat their team members for their own leadership mistakes.

Dysfunctional company culture. No vision or direction from executive management. It is a large ship without a rudder. Very adversarial relationships internally among the project managers. Very limited opportunities for advancement.
