Pros
Great culture, incentives with tickets and games are great, and relatively stress free work. Great location in Pasadena and other remote offices in good locations along the coast. Lots of opportunities within the company.
Cons
Base pay is awful relative to other companies in similar industries, especially with the standard of living in California and with state taxes. Some Project Managers are extremely difficult to work with. The pay is hourly-salary not just straight salary which makes logging time stressful if workload is not heavy as every dollar is charged to a project managers job and they are protective with hours. Working from home is not an option at this company and heavily frowned upon even when work from home is requested for legitimate reasons.
