The executive leadership team (ELT) at ACI Learning is completely out of touch—both with the market and with the real skills needed to drive the company forward. The culture at the top is overwhelmingly homogeneous, “white-washed,” and cliquish, catering to an Ivy League, bro-code mentality that values image and pedigree over substance and performance. They create an environment where diverse voices and perspectives are not only ignored but often pushed out. When the company inevitably misses its goals, rather than taking accountability, leadership deflects blame and fires teams below them, all while managing to retain their own positions. There’s a clear lack of self-awareness and humility. Meetings often feel performative—executives love to hear themselves talk, and most operate as if they’re the smartest person in the room, despite poor strategic direction and low employee morale. If you’re looking for a company with authentic leadership, inclusivity, or long-term stability, look elsewhere. The disconnect between the ELT and the rest of the organization is the root of nearly every issue here.
