We appreciate you taking the time to provide your positive feedback! We are so happy to hear you found many opportunities to grow. We pride ourselves in the care and effort we put into our Team Members' growth and career paths. Although we are sorry to hear that starting pay and time for lunch breaks were low. We have recently partnered with a platform called Pay Factors that allows POPS and leadership to make informed decisions on compensation. We know this will support POPS, leadership, and our team members. Thank you again for your feedback! It is extremely valuable to us.

Visionless Leadership and Unfair Compensation Practices at ACI

Pros

Working remotely is a benefit.

Cons

As an employee at ACI, I've experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of leadership's lack of vision and strategic planning. Changes are made constantly, and before there is time to gather data to support improvements or identify variables, changes are made again. The organization's compensation practices only compound the frustration and disillusionment felt by many staff members. Despite some individuals consistently exceeding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrating exceptional performance, they are rewarded with the same pay as those who fall short of expectations. This lack of merit-based compensation not only undermines morale but also fails to incentivize high performers to continue excelling. Workload distribution at ACI is far from equitable. Some employees are burdened with disproportionately heavy workloads, while others seem to skate by with minimal responsibilities. This imbalance creates resentment and frustration among the workforce, as hardworking individuals are left feeling undervalued and overworked. ACI's purported commitment to professional development rings hollow in practice. While the organization claims to invest in employees' growth, the reality is quite different. Instead of nurturing talent and fostering career advancement, ACI seems more interested in extracting as much productivity as possible from its workforce without offering meaningful opportunities for skill development or advancement.

We appreciate your candid feedback and are so sorry that you've experienced these challenges. We understand that innovative and hard work deserves to be highlighted by more compensation, opportunities for growth, recognition, etc. As a scaling and medium sized business, it takes a village to grow together. You played a vital role alongside your peers to continuously help us grow. Creating a positive, supportive, and equitable workplace is a top priority for us. We wouldn't have a business without our amazing Team Members. Your insights are invaluable as we strive to make meaningful improvements.
