-unorganized sales leadership
-no direction, just come in figure it out without any help
-unreasonable expectations w the support given from management
-the org is falling apart a lot of the top talent have moved on. this means other employees in different roles get assigned additional job duties
-management does not support the role. When asking questions about something the response would be "what do you think?"
-scheduled 1 on 1's get canceled routinely
-if you decide to speak up about the role and ask for assistance, you will be let go.
-employee surveys are really not anonymous. Small teams can figure our who responds how by process of elimination.
-waste of time doing everything the most complicated unorganized way.
-management has a "I'm never wrong" attitude which is a horrible trait for a leader.
-this is just a bad place to work if you want to be successful
-benefits are ridiculously expensive (approx 1800/month for family. Health, dental, vision)
