Pros

I had some great teammates and coworkers who were great to work with. The PTO was also nice.

Cons

Management would throw people under the bus and not defend their people. I also found out my manager brought up concerns to a coworker about my mental health after a conversation with my manager where I told her some of my concerns. The solutions to problems was to put the action back on the employee instead of taking the solution and implementing it at an executive level (which seems to be where most of the problems lie). There was also a lack of communication/ communication was one-sided and did not help with projects. They also are not listening to their PM's when it comes to timelines or they have tight schedules to meet their bottom dollar instead of wanting to put out a good product. I would describe the team I was on as dysfunctional.

I do not have any pros for this company.

Cons

PTO Policy: Atrocious. 10 days a year. Salary: Do not pay market value. HR: Is not your friend at this company. The HR VP is horrible. Management: You are expected to work more than 8 hours a day because that is what management is doing. If you have a small disagreement with management, you will be reprimanded and or fired. Culture: No work life balance.

We really appreciate you taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. We take your concerns very seriously. We hear you on the PTO policy and for almost 2 years, we now have a DTO policy. Rather than accruing time and putting a limit on personal time, it is unlimited. We view our Team Members as humans first and that includes supporting you all in taking the time you need when you need it. We have also rebranded our HR team to People Operations and have made a multitude of improvements. We want to be the people who walk into the virtual or physical room and for Team Members to feel a sense of relief and support rather than fear. People Operations has also partnered with the Leadership team to create People Leader training to better support them in supporting our Team Members.
