Pros

- Work is rewarding and believe me, they will make sure you have more work to do - Benefits are awesome - They will pay for your school directly

Cons

- The amount of work you do is directly based on poor, last minute decision making that is rarely ever planned or thought out - Management is completely clueless and inexperienced - Company takes on large amounts of debt for platforms they don't take the time to learn, then they lay off the majority of new platform's workforce - You never know when its your time to get "synergized" (aka laid off - coming from someone that quit and wasn't laid off, its very uncomfortable)

Great benefits and nice people to work with.

Cons

Everything is about the bottom dollar. There is no regard for employees and their loyalty, work ethic, or skill set when evaluating employees for reorganizations. NO investment in employee development. Lip service only to improving employee experience. Employee morale is awful. People talk of layoff season and constantly wonder when it will be their turn. All of this has created a culture of complacency.
