Pros

Strong backlog, strong brand, loved unconditionally by the analysts. A large captive customer base that typically has no option but to renew contracts.

Cons

Reputation - customers don't like dealing with ACI. Quality is an issue. Sales roles are little more than a clerical / admin jobs. ACI does not pay out commissions. A backstabbing "throw people under the bus" culture strongly encouraged by the CEO who leads by example. Poor benefits offering on basic things like healthcare, critical illness cover etc

International company with opportunity to travel and learn from customers and colleagues globally Good opportunities in South Africa

Cons

Ruthless culture from CEO down focused purely on bottom line which results in a sales team that are very target focused. Customers comes second to targets and the delivery staff bear the brunt. Very American culture, difficult to translate in South Africa
