Pros
The folks who work on the customer facing side of things pull out all the stops to get the job done. Most long-time ACIers believe in and participate in an old-school (in the good sense) culture of collaboration. The office environment is generally flexible and laid-back.
Cons
What other commenters at this site have said about too much process is all true, to which I will add that employees are required to spend way too much time justifying the day-to-day activities that are routine parts of their job to internal bean counters. Too many decisions are are made by executive committees that have no product or technical knowledge, based on pretty-looking powerpoint presentations containing unrealistic estimates. C-level execs need to finish their empire-building battles with one another, and get to the business of advancing the entire company.
