Pros
Flexibility to work remotely is there, but it's given by your manager. There is some room for advancement if you play their game. You might have good coworkers at the "ground level" for the most part but it depends on the office that you're in. They do provide tuition reimbursement for continuing education through their program. Not a bad place to start, but don't plan on spending more than a couple of years.
Cons
Corporate leadership is clueless about the people that actually do the work. They make decisions based on numbers and not quality of work. You can only advance if you play the game, but even if you do, the salary probably isn't worth it. They're not good at vetting new talent, so your other new coworkers have a 50/50 chance at actually being quality workers.
