      Great starter job, great work environment and friendly staff

      Cons

      A call center job is a call center job... expect to clock hours, work hours they choose for you and speak to many people over the phone under pressure.

      Not Exactly What I Expected

      Pros

      There is a community of people who will help you across different departments. Benefits are good. And you get the ADP name.

      Cons

      I can only speak for my specific department and my physical location. But there is NO room for growth which is why I had to go. ADP this year has been closing offices across the country which is alarming. If you arent in one of the big central locations (Tempe,Norfolk, Parsippany, Orlando) You are pretty safe. But the location I am in, growth has come to a screeching halt as far as opportunities.

      Not happy with the insurance

      Pros

      Flexible with @ home hours. Nice environment with coworkers. Good community programs. Paid tuition for certifications. New facilities in Central Florida.

      Cons

      Very expensive insurance even for single person. Having so many employees premiums should be a lot lower. Unable to change jobs after 18 months. Will not move if you don’t know anyone
