      Used to be good...

      Pros

      *Was* able to work from home for several years, which was appreciated.

      Cons

      Inadequate training... watching PowerPoint presentations year after year doesn't cut it. Year-end always a nightmare, with mandatory overtime. Had to train new hires in some of the super centers... which was basically training our replacements. Experience no longer valued - feels like company is just trying to hire new people and create offshore teams, both at lower wages, to make the company look more profitable.
