Pros

A paycheck, if you’re desperate.

Cons

This company is a revolving door for a reason. Management changes constantly, and every new leader is worse than the last. Pay is insultingly low, and there is zero work-life balance. You’re treated as if your entire life should revolve around the job, with no regard for the fact that you may have a family, children, or any responsibilities outside of work. If you have a baby, forget about ever seeing them, you’ll be expected to sacrifice everything for a company that gives you nothing in return. There is no employee appreciation, no effort to make people feel valued, and no genuine care for the people keeping the place running. The message is clear: you’re disposable, and they’ll wring every last drop out of you until you burn out. If you value your time, health, or sanity, look anywhere else.

Pros

Good pay at certain levels, some good people to work with

Cons

Company culture has really changed over the years. They like to say ADT "family" but it's really not that type of environment anymore. Significant amounts of layoffs because of poor decisions from the top. Look up the compensation for the top leaders and you'll see why they're cutting so many other valuable employees and have to sell off parts of the business - commercial, multi-family, etc.
