      Pros

      The people you work with are awesome (not including management) The job USED to be somewhat enjoyable

      Cons

      Management cares about no one. Communication is non existent Pay is horrible You are truly just a number Only thing they care about is getting money Company doesn't care about customers after install has ben completed. No trust with employees working remote Metrics are unrealistic Quantity work over quality A lot of unhappy employees who want to leave Constant turnover due to management Sketchy decisions made on the daily by managers Work is unfulfilling more often then not.

      Pros

      - coworkers - learn in skills to use somewhere else - pay, just make sure to save

      Cons

      - Upper management, always threatening your jobs with emails like "this a verbal to all" or "if you can't do it I will someone who can" - Mandatory OT, but never notified with enough time. If you can't work the Mandatory OT, you have to use PTO! - Having to crawl in the attic in the afternoon when it's 110 outside and 130 in the attic - Forced to upsell, upset customers who have been waiting for weeks

      It's probably very different now

      Pros

      At the time I was there, it was before the company that acquired. At that time it was a pretty good place to work, good benefits and pretty good pay. I think things are very different now that they've been acquired. From what I hear, there's now no work/life balance and everyone is responsible for way more in their position.

      Cons

      At the time I was there, it was difficult to move up unless you had a certain amount of time int he position OR you were politically favored by the C Suite. Now, from what I hear, they're short staffed and give promotions with little raise to appease people who are being asked to take on the role of 3 or 4 former team members.
