flexible schedule, unlimited income potential, health benefits and training

Cons

culture is going in opposite direction for making a good living with lead flow not very good and declining. Management only cares about what you have done lately no loyalty or any type of support when things are slow and the weeks go by without any appointments, all leads need to be self generating.

Pay is good. Bonus are good if you are a Sr person.

Cons

Completely toxic environment. Thankless job no matter what you will do. You will work 70 hr a week and weekends. Half of that time will be going covering your behind.
