Pros

Good benefits, 100 years plus number 1. Give some tools to help. Do more then push product down people's throat. Opportunity to learn and train. Flexible schedule and more you work generally the better pay in the end

Cons

Huge turnover. No loyalty or reward for veteran sales rep that produce. Cut throat. What have you don't for me today , never good enough. All about numbers and conference calls and hoops to jump through. Constantly given more things to do Dailey that we don't get paid anything for. We are commission only sale reps and the company is always cutting to make us work twice as hard and get paid half as much but pitch it as best thing since sliced cheese. Constantly ask why this or that getting no answer and only frustrated. Top people are accountants and people who never worked in industry and don't get out in field to see how things are. Been here 1.5 years and see no where to move up. If you did get promoted your taking on even more work and less pay as manager then sales reps.

Pros

You have a handful of intelligent hardworking people trying to make a place great but they are fighting against the masses that are about maintaining status quo.

Cons

Outdated inefficient processes and systems, on your first day you have to fill out your information with pen and paper. What is this 1984? If management didn't think of the idea then it isn't any good. Constant turnover of high performing people. When management realizes they're about to lose an employee, the character assassination of the employee begins.

Pros

Pay is okay. The work gets easier the longer you stay.

Cons

No opportunity to grow. Not willing to work with your busy life style. Management will say one thing, yet do another and they aren't dependable. Assist lines have no knowledge on any issues you may need assistance with. Bomb threats. Must sign in to use the bathroom. Lack of communication between departments. Must stay on HR's case about FMLA confirmations and if you don't they'll blame you for the fact that they didn't do their job. Management makes plenty of rules, yet they themselves do not follow them. Quick to write you up for even breathing wrong (labeled under misconduct).
