Pros
It was a good company to work for. Good pay and they seemed to care about you. Over the last couple of years there have been major changes at the corporate level that have trickled down to the little guys on the front lines. If you are being paid a good wage, you can put up with a lot, its when you are not able to make money they forget about everything good you have done for them.
Cons
For anyone coming into ADT that is brand new, if you are in a field position for sales at all, I would look for another opportunity. You can still make good money at certain positions, but I would recomend to keep looking for other sales roles that you can make more money.
