      Strong brand name, lots of great talented and skilled people.

      Cons

      Extremely white male oriented culture, very hard to advance unless you know the right people and you are the right race and gender. High turnover in some areas, very dissatisfied employees, ELT has little concern or interest in the employees below VP level.
