Pros

Great benefits some what caring supervisors

Cons

The fact that even when a customer is screaming cussing and threatening you you are not allowed to disconnect the call my other call center jobs we had the right to first warn customers that we did not have to take that abuse and will disconnect the call if you continue and proceed from there yes I know disconnecting the call only ends up with an angrier customer and u do not believe I ever did so but at least it was an option at ADT it’s not

Pros

You receive a productivity bonus. You can receive commissions on upsells. 90% of the time you get to work on your own.

Cons

In order to receive a raise . You have to qualify for a test. In order to qualify, you must be able to hold your metrics at an insane level for 6 months. Your work ethic doesn't matter, here. If your a person that appreciates the end product. We'll, that would only lower your metric percentages and you'll be stuck at where you started. The company has lost its vision. The people up top. Only, care about how much money your bring in via upsells.
