Pros

Frontline managers and Unit Managers are supportive and work hard to keep employees happy while protecting customers. Decent benefits

Cons

Executives, VP, and Analytics are making decisions that sacrifice the customers that frontline personnel and their managers have worked so hard to save. Poor IT team and App support is horrible. They are driving the company in the ground. Very heartbreaking for those who have invested 5-25 years into the company. Company is losing employees and customers l8ke never before.

Pros

They have good brand identity. Open ended earning but you must stand your ground and run your own territory. 401k is a deterrent that no one uses as monthly income is very spotty as you can’t really use it.

Cons

Everything really. Poor benefits, you have to pay for medical on your own. They treat you like you’re on call 24/7 , without a salary.

The Money is good and you earn every penny of it.

Cons

You're commission only and they treat you like you have a 90k base salary. Management in the Totowa NJ office is useless because they stick their head in the sand any time a customer needs direct interaction with them.
