Great company, horrible treatment of committed workers

Pros

Stable company, decent benefits, great co-workers, and a job that gives you satisfaction if you like helping people.

Cons

Low compensation, high output demands, at times unreasonable expectations. Constantly changing organization that provides very little training and advancement opportunities. Not a very employee friendly work environment.

Management is usually willing to work with you if you have special sched needs

Cons

Micro management, low pay, high turn over rate means unskilled ops always making errors, management slow to correct issues. 24hr / 7day a week sched means you'll be required to work at least one weekend day

Pros

First time EVER rating an employer, but hope others will realize how bad it really is inside ADT. If you like being underpaid, treated like you don't bring value and have managers that don't care if you stay or leave, then join ADT.

Cons

Large turnover. Pay is minimal and treatment is inhuman by managers. No career advancements, since there is clear senior mgt direction to write up every employee it destroys any advancement opportunities you may have earned.
