Some of the people worked wirh were great

Cons

Too many to mention. Very poor executive leadership. Recycled poor leadership when they unferperform to a different silo or division rather than change leadership allowing the same bad ideas and poor leadership to affect another silo or division. Eventually they return to institute the same bad ideas when it comes full circle. They also do not care about customers and encourage techs to "find a reason to charge customers " even when covered under warranties.
