      Good health insurance and they took care of us during covid

      Cons

      I've been an optician for 18 years and was at my practice when they bought. The change over was a nightmare, no one knows what the other is doing. Toxic workplace, the required lab is terrible. They take over frame buying and every frame is tort or blk. We have lost so many patients do to lab delays and terrible frame choices. If your doc is considering this move, watch out!

      Patient satisfaction dropped dramatically once our practice switched to AEG due to the corporation only caring about making money and not patient care
