Frame Selection is terrible, Labs are terrible, zero communication from upper management, only interested in numbers not people, it's not what you know it's WHO.

If you come from other corporations, The company never gives training or communicate their specific procedures for them so they will though you there and expect you to do everything as they are used to. If they tell you to do something you will find out by someone else that they change their mind or finally say that “you didn’t have to do this or that” after you were working so hard. So no timely communication! It totally looks that they set you up for failure just to replace you for a friend or your boss. I don’t think it’s coincidental that the majority of the hiring by the boss are friends. There isn’t consistency with the procedures. Extremely disorganized, no loyalty to the long time employees. No people first whatsoever! There’s no mistake ownership. Upper levels will always push the blame on the ones below them with the result of no adjustment and fixing the core problems. Also they make promises that never come true, just to keep you working extra. Actually I feel bad for the CEO that it’s probably lied to his face all the time on how some of his team really manages his people It appears like it just favors the specific gender of upper management in place, so it’s team will become eventually all it’s same gender and race
