Pros
Not many. Hours are OK, benefits are not the greatest but at least they are offered.
Cons
Focus is not on patients, nor employees although management will tell you that they are "people first". PTO is minimal and is lumped into 1 week or 2 weeks which includes everything - vacations, sick days, personal days. Unless you are a very healthy person with no life, you will run out of PTO. Management goes against employees and Doctors who have been there for years, and act very much like a "girls club", alienating staff who dare to make suggestions that are not in line with their ideas. Too much focus is constantly on how much money is made per day/week/month and not enough focus is placed on patient care. Just a difficult environment to work in if you are used to giving high quality patient care and know that that in itself will generate the revenue.
