      i don't have a good reason

      Cons

      They don't care about employees. When they first bought our office they acted like they cared so much. The moment we went on their system it all went downhill. I got forced into a job i did not want and they promised nobody would get demoted and that was a lie. NEVER work for them and if you hear someone talk about your office being sold to them say something. The lenses are crap and patients have left because of how unhappy they are now with how the company runs things.

      Incentives and spiffs are great

      Cons

      Regional management has favorites and is very clicky. Regional management puts their personal feelings into their reviews and write-ups. HR keeps nothing confidential and are just as clicky as management is. Too many reports used just to document the same info on different documents, waste of time. If you are not “in” with the other managers, you get left on read in the group chats, like no one cares. There is no work/life/balance even though they preach about it. Regional manager talks badly about associates to other associates in their “group”. Benefits suck.

      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      The people at my practice are the only reason I stay.

      Cons

      I have been with this company for a total of 6 years. Everyone who gets hired on after me get paid more than I do. They don’t value loyalty or their employees in general. Benefits are absolute trash, upper management is absolute trash, the building that I’m in is falling apart. It’s not worth the stress to work for this company.
