      They ruined the business

      Pros

      The people in the office are nice.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They don’t care about employees or patients. It’s all a money grabbing operation. The patients noticed an immediate decline in the quality of care. They keep you understaffed to save the business money. They preach about core values, but it doesn’t apply to management.

      Pros

      No more filing insurance claims

      Cons

      Can’t close early or when there is no doctor. Low pay especially when private practice gets bought out. Bonus money earned can only be redeemed for the office. Mangers send you to work at other locations without permission or warning or heads up.

      Great pay doesn't substitute the management

      Pros

      The pay is good and the commission set-up is wonderful although I do work in a high volume office , benefits are mid at best. I do like M-F 8-5

      Cons

      The management is horrible and they will throw the book at you for small things if you're not their "favorite", while others are doing major infractions and getting verbal warnings. Store mangers really don't get to manage because upper management makes all the calls even though they are hardly in store. Coworkers are clicky and constantly causing issues and gossiping with no repercussions making for a hostile work environment. Not much room for promotion
