Company is a worldwide organization. If you live in Chicago or New York, there are opportunities for growth

Cons

I worked in Personal lines which is no longer around and Commercial is undergoing re-organizational changes and my position was eliminated. They are moving away from allowing users to work in a remote capacity.

This is an amazing place to work with a great company culture. Amazing management and all of the personnel are wonderful. Very knowledgeable about their specific products and always willing to help further educate the new hires.

Cons

Honestly cannot say one bad thing about this company.

Plenty of overtime due to short staffing Advancement is possible due to management quitting Starting pay rate keeps increasing to encourage people to come in forcing experience operators out the door Hiring for dayshift

Cons

No incentive to stay Short staffing position has been available for 1yr8months and not filled Operators being out for medical months on end contributing to more overtime
