      Pros

      Good global products but very Europe centric focus. North America is red head step child. Smart data driven people Good health care benefits and 401k match.

      Continuous reorganization and lack of brand and product focus Very weak distributors (not engaged) in NA German company lead by German folks living in USA Smart people constantly passed down by “story tellers” with lack of record

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule enables you to adjust your work days as needed to fit personal commitments. Occasional work from home days are available as well.

      Cons

      Accounting/Finance is filled with incompetent people, from the management down to the individual contributors (there are a few exceptions). Very high turnover and low caliber hirings result in a bunch of people going through the motions without having a clue what they're actually doing. Additionally, the groups are significantly understaffed, resulting in even more errors and issues. Managers have no idea how to manage people, and are mostly focused on doing their own work.

      There are some great people to work with there.

      Cons

      Industry is down, mentality of entitlement, and not seeing the big picture. Don't hold true to their word.
