Pros

Bagels on Friday, casual dress code, nice office. Some of the people are nice but the ones that have been there for 5 plus years think they own the place.

Cons

They put all their faith in employees that have been there and only there for their entire career. These one job people only know one way to do what they've been doing for for the past 10 years. They haven't ever seen anything else and they have no motivation to learn anything new.

Great Company, people are very friendly and laid back, great benefits. Moving up within the company is starting to become more common since we are growing. Lots of opportunity to move up. Very relaxed environment.

Cons

Working for a client team can be stressful at times and developers can have lots of work to do, but it never is so bad that I want to leave or find another job.

Good teamwork, company takes care of employees, nice work environment, perks like bagels on Fridays, freedom to use my own judgement, people can move around within the company, bonuses, training.

Cons

Sometimes demand overtime of their employees (not ALL the time), software development is rushed, not enough sharing between teams
