small company if you like that. There are some great people there.

Cons

hardware and software is subpar, demands are to produce top notch results with little or no willingness to invest time and/or money to get them. mgmt seems incapable of saying anything other than "yes" to all client requests, then demands the teams work overtime to solve the crisis they have created.
