Pros

Stable due to long term contracts with multi nationals. Nice co-workers. Reasonable benefits and wages. Nice location.

Cons

Chaotic and stressful. Lack of process management. Developers are overworked. Little opportunity for training and skill enhancement. Lack of standards. Sub par 401-K arrangements. Lots of overtime during season end and impossible deadlines.

Great management team. Employees have opportunities to take on extra tasks and projects and develop skills that can make them marketable. Growing company with more and more opportunity.

Cons

High time commitments during busy seasons and special projects. Large volume of client requests can sometimes burden employees.
