Pros

Nothing that could ever outweigh the cons...

Cons

Extremely condescending management EXCESSIVE overtime Non-flexible schedule (even though in my initial interview they said it is pretty flexible) Your mental health will most likely suffer. No joke Horrible culture Fend for yourself mentality No training provided (I guess they just expect you to already know their policies, procedures and software as if you worked there for several months already) No "open door" feeling

Pros

Benefits and the culture crew.

Cons

Low pay, bad raises, bad hours, and no room for advancement. To much buddy system and friends thing going on in front of everyone. If you don’t goin in the buddy plan you are probably not advancing in the company.

Pros

At first, the culture feels friendly and relaxed. Culture Crew events were awesome which really brought the group together. A good place to "park" your career and operate as a C player. Expectations are not super high. If you like to drink, you can do so at your desk at times. Jeans every day is cool. You can also vent on a employee website that goes to management.

Cons

Separating the locations has impacted a sense of unity once had as CJ; sudden terminations have caused alarm; satellite campus is treated as an after thought; the key members on the Atlanta team are like the "Cullens" from Twilight - you are in the circle or not; for experienced professionals, you will find the culture more focused on donuts and star wars than real work; you will not grow professionally; no leadership training; IT support in Atlanta was awful; CTO and VP's never attend any events; put some kind of dress code in place other than whatever is on the floor that morning; Armour office is horrible; poor communication - received most updates on the company via social media rather than the company internally; promotions are given out based on popularity rather than merit; no budget for IT certifications
