Pros

There are no pros here. Unless you work the system and become one of the favorites of the senior management team, you are screwed. This whole organization needs to be cleaned thoroughly starting at the CEO that runs this place like a University of Michigan frat house. He is an absent "manager" since his life revolves around traveling and wining/dining clients he will never win. His favorites are all positioned in executive roles and it shows. They have zero management skills and treat the employees like garbage. The CFO has no interest in handling finances but he does enjoy bullying the females of the organization to let them know he is in charge. The COO is a sales person that should not be running a company. He will attack and embarrass his direct reports in meetings just to project his failures elsewhere. When you dread coming to work daily you need to make changes. I left after two years and have never felt better. Do not think anyone has a career here unless you can play ball with the terrorists up top.

Cons

The whole organization is a con and unless you can be a favorite, you won't get anywhere. There is no career coaching, mentoring nor opportunity for growth.

Pros

Lovely Coworkers Doctors are really nice

Cons

Organizational culture here at AIM is incredibly hierarchical. Demands and commands come from the top and there is no bottom up inquiry. Non-clinical staff that makes 35k and up are treated like occupational rag dolls. When we are no longer of use we are fired instantaneously and gotten rid of. Managerial and leadership staff overwork us and leading us to miss our breaks and lunches completely. When told about this issue they seemingly turn their heads and expect us to work harder. Technological program used to review cases is obsolete. Causing long holding times leading to clinical staff from MDO to scream and verbally insult us. Non-clinical staff IS NOT FAVORED like clinical staff. Clinical staff receives luncheons and constant praise from higher ups. Leadership staff is very vindictive and gauche. Does not talk or interact with RSA's AT ALL unless in front of higher ups or other staff members deemed important.

Pros

Decent benefits. Health coverage and price good compared to others. Can work from home under certain circumstances.

Cons

Horrible leadership and management. You are just another person to them. Unethical practices. Bullying to get you to do what they want. They are literally asking for their employees to write reviews on these sites to try and get more people and so many have left. So please please don’t believe any reviews you see after June 2018!!! I was lucky to get out and have a great new job. They pay really really low. The work is very non-rewarding.
