Pros

Working with other nurses and doctors.

Cons

Management bad news. Promotions unfair. The only way to get promoted is to not to ask questions, be a yes person. Hired manager positions from the outside who know nothing about what we do and will not take your input. Micromanaging. Management takes credit for your work. No transparency.

Pros

No OT, no nights, no weekends

Cons

Leadership is awful. They are not engaged with their employees. Only a few earn any respect from employees. Complete micro-management!

Pros

Being tied to Anthem makes the health benefits great and the vacation time given is better than most places I've worked.

Cons

We are worked like dogs, with little to no thanks. They implemented Workforce Management which is the worst thing that has ever happened here. Everything we do is overseen by this department. We are micromanaged to the point of being strangled, and good people are leaving. I can't find another job fast enough.
