The way people get recognition and move forward in their career is not by their talent but by solely based on who they know in higher management and how well they know. Company is going through a massive transformation and has handed over complete control to consultancies, who are making a mockery of the organization. When all the funding is over, they will simply say goodbye and will leave the fte's in a giant limbo. This company gets massive amount of funding from Anthem and that is the only reason it is surviving in spite of wasting so much of resources.
