Pros

The benefits and majority of co-workers were great. They had great company moral and really cared about their employees and well-being.

Cons

Some managers are terrible and very serious about micromanaging. Company morale seriously declined and no longer felt like a place to enjoy working for.

Pros

Pockets a colleagues are fantastic. Building management allows tenants to park at the building when catching their flight at ORD. Otherwise. I am having difficulty meeting the 20 word min.

Cons

Poor work/life balance, leaders do not want people to think and contribute- just follow mandates, women appear to be weeded out of any executive position unless they are "yes" people, a significant amount of politics and infighting at senior levels. If you can step back for a moment, it is quite a tennis match to watch between egos. Benefits are mediocre.

Pros

EASY MONEY!!! Typical inbound call center job.You read off of the same exact script over and over again, which can make you bored out of your mind, but it's EASY MONEY!! There's a plan called EAP that offers discounts on different services which is nice if needed.Quarterly bonuses. Building is down the street it's from the 134 freeway, easy access.Occasional free breakfast when a new hire class starts, occasional potlucks/free lunch.Free coffee, oatmeal available if you want breakfast from the break room.

Cons

Terrible/unrealistic point system. The company(anthem over all)has a lack of compassion for it's employees when it comes to the attendance policy, and needs to realize that people do have lives outside of work. Employees should not be docked or penalized if an emergency comes up.Employees are randomly audited 5 times a month which isn't a BIG deal if you hit all of the key points that are require to get 100 points during every call, but no one is perfect. MICRO MANAGEMENT is a big factor in this call center,as you're monitored on calls, and how long you're not ready to take calls etc.
