Pros

Once you learn the process it's a pretty easy job. Almost everyone there is friendly.

Cons

There are promises of advancement with little to no follow through. While you might get acknowledgement for taking on new tasks that doesn't pay the bills.

Pros

Being tied to Anthem makes the health benefits great and the vacation time given is better than most places I've worked.

Cons

We are worked like dogs, with little to no thanks. They implemented Workforce Management which is the worst thing that has ever happened here. Everything we do is overseen by this department. We are micromanaged to the point of being strangled, and good people are leaving. I can't find another job fast enough.
