      Pros

      Opportunities for growth and development in customer service, account management and IT. Also allows growth into parent company Anthem. New competition forcing company to improve employee satisfaction and pay. Opportunities to work from home and flexible schedules becoming available. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Hiring is focusing more on customer service than healthcare background. While this is normally good, specialty programs can require more in-depth knowledge. Causes abrasion with some doctors offices.

      Pros

      Micro managed Time calls Management worry about things that doesn't matter. Very cliquish, you have to know people to move up.

      Cons

      Benefits, location, people. Not enough time for lunch if you can eat within 30 mins, great for you. If not, your cutting and swallowing. You will get fired for the smallest things.

      Pros

      AIM is a value added company with a real partnership with its client executive management. Owners and executives support AIM in its review of operations and training.

      Cons

      Small private firm. Current clients when I worked at AIM were concentrated with one major multiple location business owner locally with other single point clients across the US which impacted efficiency with travel time.
