Pros

Good family atmosphere and an up-beat culture. They are really making impruvements and expanding so I know the company is heading to a right place. The work is challenging and supervisors are really easy to work with and will be flexible with scheduling. They have a few fun events in the office every year and are really involved with charity work which is cool. Pay is decent.

Cons

Some departments are more dysfunctional than others. Some love it here and have been here for decades--some departments have high turnover or some really unhappy people.

Creative working environment with a great life work balance. AIT is contains friendly co-workers and hard working people across the network. With over 40 locations, AIT is expanding at a rapid pace with positive growth. With a solid financial foundation, AIT welcomes new members into a family, one that unites for the good of the entire company.

Casual work environment, that's about it.

Cons

A few people and a few clicks control the entire company, no way to advance, pay and benefits are well below the standard, and HR is an HR Case. The company claims to have a fantastic training program, I never even received training at all.
