      Pros

      There ARE some good people at the company.

      Cons

      This is a good ol' boy network. Promotions are how well a guy plays the game. Current president spent previous positions working on his MBA and not paying attention to making improvements. When promoted to president, he placed his very good friend in a VP role. While there may be a few token women in "leadership" positions, the company is very much a boys' club and this culture seems to flow from top down. If you are a smart woman, forget it. If you are an untalented, moderately educated male comfortable with such an environment, go for it.

      Enjoyable co-workers; no raises or promotions

      Pros

      -Great co-workers -fast-paced environment -fairly easy as long as you pay attention -good about time off requests (except for the busy season from Thanksgiving - Christmas) -A great deal of LATERAL movement for new jobs within the company

      Cons

      -No opportunity for promotion or pay raise (raises haven't been given in 4+ years) -Senior management forgets about the little people -Low salaries
