Large company with many depts. and internal openings every now and then. HR Dept. is easy to work with Good entry level place to gain experience. Willing to hire people with no freight/supply chain experience and train

Cons

Tedious. Weak pay considering the extra hours and stress. Supervisors are relaxed which is nice but can also be frustrating when it is very busy. Most people don't seem to take their job that seriously, or they take it way too seriously. Lack of balance and motivation. Little upward mobility

-The people I worked with were AWESOME. It was a mix of young recent college graduates, and older people who had been working there for years. - Good benefits - Ample opportunity for overtime

Cons

-Low salary -Work/life balance was out of whack at times -High turnover in some areas, would be a bit chaotic -Some micromanagement
