Don’t bother

Pros

You’ll probably get a job if you apply because they have so many vacancies at the minute. It’s a job if you’re desperate, you’d be lucky to make a career at the pace you want. Better to join a smaller organisation and have a more diverse role though. Opportunity for overtime to bulk up pay.

Cons

Weird obsession with graduates for work that could be done by any level of qualification at entry level. No staff development. Poor engagement. Unclear KPIs in some teams, little to no chance to excel at your role because roles are so streamlined and there’s virtually nothing to do above and beyond.
