The feeling in the office is generally relaxed and I like the people I work with. There is generally good chance to progress.

Cons

The pay is below the industry standard and I don't think the benefits are good enough to make up for this

Great working atmosphere, lots of chance for progression

Cons

Pay falls very short of the market rate, progression is encouraged and easy if you work hard however wages barely increase.
