Pros

People. Some of the best people I have met let alone worked with. Reasonable holiday allowance and decent social events.

Cons

Poor salary. Support to progress is non existent. There is a huge 'Face fits' culture. Poor operating systems. Training is lacking.

company that pays sick days, friendly colleagues, good training programme and and the availability for professional study support to those who interested

Cons

Not very strong work ethics especially on the team I worked, People should take a more positive approach to work and not just "do the job". Hard performers are neither recognised nor rewarded, not very good basic pay and enormous amount of workload within an understaffed team that's main focus should be clients.
