Pros

Medicash payments and a bonus plan. Car parking is sold as an advantage to.

Cons

I'm currently looking to leave. The 50% mandatory office is the first worrying sign. Unilateral decisions made from high up has unfortunately alienated a LOT of people. Huge turnover right now like rats off a sinking ship. Think long and hard if you get offered a job here as they're desperate.

Pros

Drinks at end of month. Pension.

Cons

Sadly the company has opted to arbitrarily dictate work location. Which can, at times, make sense in a very narrow scope. Personally this has created problems which despite wanting to keep working for this company they are actively putting barriers in place. Some things I have experienced from the last month. 2 hours, one-way, commute A noisy office, preventing me to be able to think properly, ending the day having felt unproductive No desk available for me at times despite booking on the app Prior to this change I've been an exemplary employee as indicated by objectives and bonus. If the intention is to drive these people away, then job well done, give yourselves a pat on the back.
