Management want you to be MINDFUL when talking about salary WITH other employees. This let's employees know there is UNEQUAL PAY among the employees doing the same job and job description. New employees coming into the business making more money per hour tham existing employees. Current employees have to WAIT until their hiring date come around to get their raise and then it's going to be based on experience. BUT, this company can pay somebody off the streets more money than existing employees. A raise for one means a raise for ALL, and at the same time. Existing employees have to suffer a raise because MANAGEMENT thinks employees at this company ARE STUPID.
