The residents are wonderful people.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was hired as the Sales Director of Manor House of Rome. On my first day I learned I didn't work for Affinity but a private LLC and Affinity just managed the facility. No insurance or benefits as promised. I knew quickly that the facility was in trouble financially and in census. Three weeks into the job, myself and three others of the eight person staff were laid off! I didn't even have my business cards yet! No budget, no future, no real job!! Run as fast as you can from this company!!

It's a job that pay the bills. Wages are pretty fine. Workers on the floor are hard workers.
